Purpose of the machine:

Formation and feed of group rolls to bag in vertical position, in two tiers.

Features:

•  automatic feed of rolls for packaging in vertical position in two tiers;
•  packaging is performed into bags;
•  manual putting of bag;
•  human-machine interface

Specifications:

•  speed: up to 8 cycle/min (for package of 32 pcs. (4х4х2) is 256 roll/min; for package of 48 pcs. (4х6х2) is 384 roll/min).
•  packaging of rolls with diameter of 90-130mm in 4 lines in 2 tiers for 32 pcs. (4х4х2), 40 pcs. (4х5х2), 48 pcs. (4х6х2) with package length 360-550 mm;
•  packaging of rolls with diameter of 135-150mm in 3 lines in 2 tiers for 18 pcs. (3х3х2), 24 pcs. (3х4х2) with package length 350-550 mm;
